We run our entire facility on an integrated digital platform to ensure complete operational control. Connecting our production lines, quality data, and inventory management into one system allows us to build a highly predictable manufacturing environment. Here is an overview of how our recent digital tracking upgrades improve daily operations on the shop floor.
Live CNC Production Monitoring
Production floors require constant visibility to maintain efficiency. We integrated live CNC production monitoring using TPM Trak Analytics. This system provides real time data on machine status, overall equipment effectiveness, and exact part counts. Production managers can instantly see which operations are running and track machine down time precisely. This direct visibility helps us maintain strict delivery schedules across all our machining centers.
Centralized Gauge Monitoring
Quality inspection relies entirely on calibrated equipment. We currently maintain an inventory of over 1500 standard gauges. To manage this volume effectively, we implemented a centralized gauge monitoring system. This digital dashboard tracks the assignment and availability of every thread plug gauge and thread ring gauge. Connecting our physical storage racks directly to the software ensures that our team always uses compliant instruments for component verification.
Centralized Tool Monitoring
Keeping CNC machines running requires the correct tools to be available immediately. Our centralized tool monitoring system tracks our complete tooling inventory. The software logs live quantities for both perishable tools and non perishable tools. It also manages the status of machine collets and specialized fixtures. By maintaining strict digital records of our tool racks, we prevent unexpected production halts caused by missing cutting inserts or unassigned holding equipment.
“Our goal with this rollout was to put live data directly into the hands of the people running the shop floor. We already manufacture parts with incredible precision, but I wanted our operational tracking to be just as sharp. Bringing the CNC statuses, tooling stock, and gauge calibration into a single view means our team can plan their shifts perfectly. It sets us up to scale our output without losing an ounce of control.”
