TopFlite Components India has expanded its in-house manufacturing capacity with the addition of two Haas CNC machines: the Haas ST-25Y turning center and the Haas VF-2SS vertical machining center.

The new equipment increases daily production capacity and allows more complex components to be machined entirely within our facility. Keeping more operations in house gives us tighter control over machining quality, scheduling, and delivery timelines.

“As production volumes increased, we wanted more control over machining schedules and part quality instead of depending on outside capacity. Bringing the ST-25Y and VF-2SS into our shop gives our team the flexibility to complete more operations internally and respond faster when customer requirements change.”

Haas ST-25Y Turning Center

The Haas ST-25Y expands our turning capacity with Y-axis functionality and live tooling. Operators can mill, drill, and tap off-center features in a single setup instead of moving parts between multiple machines.

Reducing secondary handling improves consistency, holds tighter tolerances, and shortens production cycles for complex cylindrical components.

Haas VF-2SS Vertical Machining Center

To support higher milling volumes, we have also added the Haas VF-2SS to the shop floor. The machine runs with a 12,000 RPM inline direct-drive spindle and includes a high-speed side-mount tool changer designed for faster machining cycles.

The higher spindle speed and rapid tool changes reduce cycle times while maintaining the surface finish and dimensional accuracy required for precision components.
