QC Line Inspector

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Line Inspector to monitor and inspect production line operations to ensure that products meet company quality standards and customer specifications. The candidate will be responsible for performing in-process inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform in-line inspections during production to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Check raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations.
  • Capable of performing accurate dimensional measurements according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of measurement units, tolerances, and calibration requirements.
  • Identify and report quality issues, defects, or non-conformities to supervisors.
  • Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to correct quality problems.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality output.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects occur.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and tools.
  • Ability to use and read measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to identify defects and quality deviations.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications *

  • Diploma /Mechanical engineering/ NTTF.
  • Experience in quality inspection or production line inspection preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control standards.
Experience *
  • 0–2 years experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
