TopFlite Components India is expanding its shop floor capacity to meet the growing manufacturing requirements for precision interconnect solutions. We have recently installed an Ace SJE 06 RG turning center and added an eighth Tsugami M08DY II to our multitasking lineup.

“The integration of this Ace equipment and our eighth Tsugami scales our internal production bandwidth. Our strategy is built on complete operational independence and reducing external dependencies. By expanding our own machining capabilities, we guarantee our clients the highest level of precision and strictly controlled lead times across all their critical component orders.”

The Ace SJE 06 RG is a production grade horizontal turning center built with roller guideways instead of standard linear motion components. This specific engineering choice provides massive structural rigidity, allowing our team to perform heavy metal cutting with minimal vibration. On the floor, this machine acts as a dedicated workhorse for turning rugged connector shells from solid bar stock at rapid speeds.

The Tsugami M08DY II marks the eighth machine of its kind in our facility and it dramatically scales our ability to process complex parts in a single setup. By combining a Y axis with a twelve station driven turret, our machinists can perform turning, milling, and cross drilling operations without ever unclamping the part. Dropping a component complete directly from the machine eliminates secondary operations and prevents tolerance stacking.

Investing continually in our internal infrastructure is how TopFlite secures a highly reliable supply chain. This latest equipment expansion guarantees faster turnaround times and strict quality control for our defense and aerospace partners.
